Million-pound house sales reach 13 a day |

The Daily Telegraph reports that between July and September, every day "thirteen homes were sold for more than £1 million".
New HM Land Registry figures for England and Wales showed that 1,230 homes costing more than £1 million were sold in the last quarter - an increase of 40 per cent on the same time last year.
