Daytona Beach Habitat for Humanity housing charity officials say their biggest worry is having land on which to build.
"The first lot ever was donated," construction supervisor Harvey Cram said, "because they didn't have money to buy it."

But such donations nowadays are rare and Habitat is struggling just to find land at a reasonable price.

"Our biggest thing is land values have gone up," he said. "Any donated land is just a wonderful gift."
