Flat prices rising much faster than houses |

Owners of flats in Glasgow and Edinburgh have seen their property increase in value at up to three times the rate of the general housing market, reports The Herald.
According to analysis by myhouseprice.com, the independent property index, Dennistoun in Glasgow traditionally a popular area for cheaper flats has recorded year-on-year growth of 63% over the last 30 months. During the same period the growth rate for the city as a whole hovered under 20%.
