Danish properties and land now totals a worth of DKK 3,500,000,000,000 (or £313b) - almost three times the Danish GDP, according to a new survey that aggregated all public valuations in the national database.

However, EDC, a leading chain of estate agents, estimate the real figure to be four times that.
